Steve and Theresa were driving along one evening and saw this wonderful cloud formation. Shortly afterwards she accepted his proposal of marriage. Look in the center of the photo and you will see a man with a baseball cap on his head holding the hand of a woman with a ponytail. Theresa had been praying to God for a sign as to if she should accept Steve's marriage proposal. Several hours later, Theresa yelled "LOOK!!!!!! And pointed up into the sky at this cloud formation. Steve pulled to the side of the freeway and took this picture.
